#1. Kapsam
Bu koşullar 4 Way oyununun kullanımına uygulanır. Oyunu App Store’dan indirdiysen Apple’ın Standart Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) de geçerlidir.
#2. Lisans
Oyunu kişisel, ticari olmayan kullanım için oynayabilirsin. Kopyalamak, satmak, tersine mühendislikle çözmek ya da değiştirerek dağıtmak yasaktır.
#3. Coin, boost ve desteler
Coin ve boost’lar yalnızca oyun içinde kullanılan sanal öğelerdir; nakit değerleri yoktur, iade edilemez ve devredilemez. Satın alınan desteler mağazadan kaldırılsa bile hesabında kalır. Ödemeler ve iadeler Google Play ya da App Store’un kendi kurallarına tabidir. Abonelik yoktur.
#4. Ödüller
Günlük hediye ve ödüllü reklam ödülleri ücretsizdir ve içerikleri rastgele olabilir; oranlar Yardım ekranında yazılıdır.
#5. Verilerin
İlerlemen cihazında tutulur. Oyunu kaldırırsan ya da cihazını kaybedersen geliştiricinin ilerlemeni geri getirme imkânı yoktur.
#6. Garanti ve sorumluluk
Oyun “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde geliştirici, oyunun kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değildir.
#7. Değişiklikler
Koşullar güncellenirse bu sayfada yeni tarihle yayımlanır.
#8. Hukuk
Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır; tüketici olarak sahip olduğun yasal haklar saklıdır.

#1. Scope
These terms apply to your use of the 4 Way game. If you got it from the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
#2. Licence
You may play the game for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, selling, reverse engineering or redistributing modified versions is not permitted.
#3. Coins, boosts and decks
Coins and boosts are virtual items for use in the game only; they have no cash value and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Decks you buy stay in your account even if they leave the store. Payments and refunds follow Google Play’s or the App Store’s own rules. There are no subscriptions.
#4. Rewards
Daily gifts and rewarded-ad rewards are free and may be random; the odds are listed on the Help screen.
#5. Your data
Your progress is stored on your device. If you uninstall the game or lose your device, the developer has no way to recover your progress.
#6. Warranty and liability
The game is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
#7. Changes
Updated terms are published on this page with a new date.
#8. Law
Turkish law applies; your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
