#1. Koşulların kabulü
Pomodoro Do! uygulamasını indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsan lütfen uygulamayı kullanma. App Store’dan indirdiysen Apple’ın Standart Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) de geçerlidir.
#2. Hizmetin kapsamı
Pomodoro Do!, odaklanma seansları, görev ve hedef takibi, istatistikler, rozetler ve isteğe bağlı bulut yedekleme sunan bir üretkenlik uygulamasıdır. Tıbbi, psikolojik veya profesyonel bir tavsiye niteliği taşımaz.
#3. Hesap ve kullanıcı adı
Google ile giriş yapmak isteğe bağlıdır ve yalnızca liderlik tablosu ile bulut yedekleme için gereklidir. Seçtiğin kullanıcı adı ve avatar diğer kullanıcılara görünür; hakaret içeren, yanıltıcı veya üçüncü kişilerin haklarını ihlal eden içerikleri kaldırma hakkımız saklıdır.
#4. Premium ve satın alımlar
Premium, tek seferlik ödemeyle alınan ömür boyu bir yükseltmedir. Ayrıca 30 gün geçerli, kendiliğinden yenilenmeyen tek seferlik bir deneme paketi sunulabilir; abonelik yoktur. Satın alma Google Play veya App Store üzerinden gerçekleşir; fatura, iade ve iptal talepleri ilgili mağazanın kurallarıyla yürütülür. Satın alımlarını aynı mağaza hesabıyla “Satın Alımları Geri Yükle” ile geri getirebilirsin.
#5. Fikri mülkiyet
Uygulamanın tasarımı, kaynak kodu, ses kayıtları, logoları ve görselleri Solonely Studio’ya aittir ve telif hakkıyla korunur.
#6. Kullanım sınırları
Uygulamayı tersine mühendislikle çözemez, kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, izinsiz dağıtamaz; liderlik tablosu verilerini otomatik araçlarla manipüle edemez veya hizmete zarar verecek şekilde kullanamazsın.
#7. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde veri kaybı, kesinti veya dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamayız. Verilerinin yedeklenmesi senin sorumluluğundadır.
#8. Hesabın sonlandırılması
Hesabını istediğin zaman uygulama içinden silebilirsin. Bu koşulların ağır ihlali halinde hesabına erişimi askıya alabiliriz.
#9. Değişiklikler
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde duyurulur; güncellemeden sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmen kabul anlamına gelir.
#10. Hukuk
Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır; tüketici olarak sahip olduğun yasal haklar saklıdır.

#1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using Pomodoro Do! you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. If you got it from the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
#2. What the service is
Pomodoro Do! is a productivity app offering focus sessions, task and goal tracking, statistics, badges, and optional cloud backup. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice.
#3. Account and username
Signing in with Google is optional and is required only for the leaderboard and cloud backup. Your username and avatar are visible to other users; we may remove content that is abusive, misleading, or infringes the rights of others.
#4. Premium and purchases
Premium is a one-time, lifetime upgrade. A one-time 30-day pass that does not renew may also be offered; there are no subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store, and billing, refunds, and cancellations follow that store’s rules. You can bring a purchase back on the same store account with “Restore Purchases”.
#5. Intellectual property
The app’s design, source code, audio, logos, and imagery belong to Solonely Studio and are protected by copyright.
#6. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute the app without permission, manipulate leaderboard data with automated tools, or use the service in any way that damages it.
#7. Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for data loss, interruptions, or indirect damages. Keeping your own backups remains your responsibility.
#8. Termination
You can delete your account from inside the app at any time. We may suspend access in case of a serious breach of these terms.
#9. Changes
We may update these terms. Significant changes are announced in the app, and continuing to use the app after an update means you accept them.
#10. Law
Turkish law applies; your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
