Questions

Do I need an account?

No. The timer, flows, tasks and statistics all work without one. Google sign-in is only needed for cloud backup and the leaderboard.

My purchase isn’t showing.

Use “Restore Purchases” in Settings, signed in with the store account you bought with.

The timer stops in the background.

Remove battery restrictions for Pomodoro Do! in your phone’s settings and allow notifications. Some makers (e.g. Xiaomi, Huawei) need background permission as well.

How do I move my data to a new phone?

Sign in with Google and turn on cloud backup; sign in with the same account on the new phone and your data follows.

How do I delete my account?

Delete it from the Profile screen; your cloud data is permanently erased. If you can’t open the app, email us.
